All deliverables are scoped before work begins. Revision requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. WayAi commits to delivering within the agreed timeline.
Any technical issue with a delivered system or website is handled exclusively by WayAi Solutions at no extra cost — provided it falls within the original project scope. We do not outsource problem resolution. Your concern stays with us until fully resolved.
If an issue cannot be resolved despite all reasonable efforts by our team, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind requests after project commencement.
WayAi Solutions is not liable for losses from third-party platform outages (Make.com, Framer, Google), client-side errors, or misuse of delivered systems.
