Terms of Service

By engaging WayAi Solutions, you agree to the following terms. Please read before proceeding with any project.

Services Offered

• Professional Web Creation (Static, 3–5 page websites)
• Backend & Workflow Automation
• Automated Appointment Systems
• AI Encoder & AI Chatbot Integration
• Email Marketing & Lead Capture Systems

Payment Terms

• 50% downpayment required before project begins
• Balance due upon completion and client approval
• Accepted: Bank transfer, Cash, or Service Trade (subject to mutual agreement)
• Free domain included for the first 3 months on applicable web packages

Revisions & Scope

All deliverables are scoped before work begins. Revision requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. WayAi commits to delivering within the agreed timeline.

Issue Resolution

Any technical issue with a delivered system or website is handled exclusively by WayAi Solutions at no extra cost — provided it falls within the original project scope. We do not outsource problem resolution. Your concern stays with us until fully resolved.

Refund Policy

If an issue cannot be resolved despite all reasonable efforts by our team, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind requests after project commencement.

Limitation of Liability

WayAi Solutions is not liable for losses from third-party platform outages (Make.com, Framer, Google), client-side errors, or misuse of delivered systems.
