WayAi Solutions provides website development, AI automation, workflow systems, and chatbot services. Scope is agreed upon before work begins.
50% downpayment required before project start. Remaining 50% due upon completion. Delivery is withheld until full payment is received. Downpayments are non-refundable.
All projects include up to 3 revision rounds within agreed scope. Additional revisions are billed separately.
Timelines are agreed at project start. Delays caused by the client do not count against WayAi Solutions' commitments.
Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables. WayAi Solutions may showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WayAi Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.
These terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first, then through appropriate Philippine courts.
